Ysios Red Wine Finca El Nogal is a high-end reference within the Denomination of Origin Rioja. Produced by Bodegas Ysios, it is characterized by its exceptional quality and distinctive character, resulting from meticulous selection of Tempranillo grapes from the Finca El Nogal vineyard. This historic vineyard, planted in 1964 at an altitude of 570-580 meters in Elvillar, features clay-limestone soils that, alongside a short growing cycle, promote the concentration of color and aromas in the wine. The marine fossils found in the soil reflect the uniqueness of this environment. In its production, Ysios combines traditional and modern techniques, including hand harvesting and aging for 20 months in French barrels and concrete eggs. The result is a structured wine with flavors of berries and hints of coffee. It has received numerous international accolades. The ideal serving temperature is between 16 and 17 °C, to fully enjoy its complex aromas.
