Whole spelt spaghetti is higher in protein, minerals, vitamins and trace elements than regular wheat spaghetti. They are ideal for vegetarians as they contain the eight essential amino acids. They contain organically grown spelt flour and are recommended for constipation, obesity and any problem caused by lack of fiber. Like wheat, they contain gluten so they are contraindicated for people with gluten intolerance.
