Acorn-fed 75% Iberian breed ham (Don Finardo)

The 75% acorn-fed ham of genetic purity shows characteristics similar to the maximum purity, although it has a less intense flavor and color, without losing any aroma. Still, this product offers the best quality-price ratio, as its performance makes it more suitable for daily consumption as part of our diet.
Acorn-fed refers to animals that, during the period prior to their sacrifice, have lived in a montanera regime.
The production process aims to obtain products of the highest quality, combining the traditional characteristics of Iberian ham, and consists of the following phases: salting, washing, post-salting, and curing-maturation. In order to obtain quality products, minimum weights and processing times are adjusted, all in accordance with Iberian regulations and its black label.
