Chimichurri, also known as chimi, is a sauce with ingredients and spices such as parsley, garlic, vinegar, chili and salt.

Chimichurri is a spicy sauce used on grilled meats, or to marinate fish and poultry, it brings a distinctive touch to our lunches or dinners, chimichurri is said to come from the che-mi-curry usage "give me the seasoning".

MODE OF EMPLOYMENT:

-For sauce; For each tablespoon of chimichurri powder, first add one tablespoon of vinegar and then two tablespoons of olive oil, in that order. Then mix well and leave to stand for at least 3 hours before consuming (never less than two hours) to allow it to take on flavour.

-For marinating meat or fish; It can be applied directly to the meat to be marinated or mixed in oil. (Ideal accompaniment for grilled meats.)
