Quality, modern and fruity wines (Álava)

A family winery in Laguardia and Labastida, Rioja Alavesa, produces high-quality, modern wines adapted to current tastes.

With 40 hectares of their own vineyard, manual harvesting and quick pressing ensure the quality of the fruit.

They exclusively use Tempranillo, the native variety of Rioja.

The quality of the wines is due to the soil, climate, location, and the care of the people involved in the production process.

The winery has almost 40 hectares of its own vineyards, most of which are located less than 10km from the main buildings, so that the time between harvesting - carried out by hand - and pressing is minimal, keeping the qualities of the fruit intact. The vineyard itself is the greatest guarantee of quality year after year in the production of our wines. All our red wines are made only from Tempranillo, the autochthonous variety par excellence of the Rioja

In the Rioja Alavesa the quality of its wines is largely due to the clay-limestone soil (excellent for the vines to absorb the necessary moisture), the climate and the location of the vineyards behind the Sierra Cantabria (which protects the vines from the cold north winds and allows the vines to take better advantage of the heat), as well as the care of its people in combining the historical legacy of winemaking and new technologies
