The Catedral Asparagus Tips are white asparagus from Navarra, fiber-free and with a slight bitter taste characteristic of the denomination. They are cultivated near the facilities of La Catedral, and are blanched before peeling so that the skin protects their properties and aromas. This product is of extraordinary flavor and quality, and is protected under the Protected Geographical Indication Asparagus of Navarra. The presentation in jar B370 contains between 8 and 12 pieces.
