This Iberian Acorn-Fed 50% Iberian Breed Field Ham has been traditionally crafted from pigs raised freely, fed with natural pastures and grains. Its curing exceeds 730 days, giving it a homogeneous texture, delicate flavor, low in salt, and a highly appreciated characteristic aroma.

Sliced in a V-shape with hoof, it is an ideal whole piece for hand carving or gourmet display, with an excellent yield and high-quality infiltrated fat. Certified according to RD 4/2014 which regulates the quality standard of Iberian products.

Iberian acorn-fed pork ham, common salt, sugar, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301).
