Ketel One Vodka is a vodka made in the Netherlands through a 100% wheat distillation process using the creative process of the old school.
Founded in 1691, the Ketel One distillery is one of the oldest in the Netherlands. It is a family-owned company that dates back to ten generations and has been producing high-quality vodka for thirty years.
Ketel One Vodka is made from small batches, offering an exceptional experience. The process begins with the careful selection of the best European wheat, which provides smoothness, purity, and neutrality. The high starch content of the wheat makes it ideal for the production of Ketel One Vodka. Once harvested, it is ground and mixed with water to form a mash, which is then allowed to ferment. After fermentation, the mash goes through the column distillation process. A portion is then re-distilled in copper stills. During this distillation process, the heads and tails are discarded, leaving only the hearts (the purest part of the alcohol), which are individually filtered.
The final product is Ketel One Vodka, the perfect blend of the craftsmanship of the stills and modern distillation techniques. Finally, Ketel One Vodka is tasted by a member of the Nolet family for approval and then bottled.

Nose: Notes of citrus and honey can be perceived.
