Pacharán Basarana Etiqueta Negra 1L is made with Las Cadenas aniseed. 250 grams of wild sloes are macerated in each liter of aniseed for 6 quiet months. The final result after this period is a pacharán with evocative fruity aromas. The obtained taste is smooth and velvety, producing a sense of fullness and a complete and rounded flavor. The Navarra Association of Sommeliers determined that Pacharán Basarana Etiqueta Negra was the best Navarrese Pacharán of 2011, awarding it the gold medal.

Nose: Fruity, aniseed.
