RED DIAMOND - PLEASURE PROHIBITED
After the first night of harvest for the limited edition Luxury, and during the remaining six nights, the olives destined for the Red Diamond edition as well as the entire Premium range "Precious stones" are harvested and ground. This range is presented in a bottle whose shapes and dimensions are identical to the «emerald cut», one of the cuts most used in the configuration of the four gems recognized worldwide by traditional jewelery, the Emerald, the Diamond, the Sapphire and the Rubi.

This edition is presented in a 500 ml bottle, red in the shape of an Emerald cut diamond. Contains extra virgin olive oil of the Royal variety. Royal, is an exclusive and native variety of the Sierra de Cazorla. This variety does not occur anywhere in the world, only in the vicinity of the second largest natural park in Europe, the Sierra de Cazorla Segura y las Villas natural park.

Royal, is a native variety of the Sierra de Cazorla. It is a variety of low and fluctuating production, the olives provide low oil content, although of extraordinary quality. The extra virgin olive oil of the Royal variety is one of those minority privileges due to the low production of this type of olive.

Sensory profile
It is an oil of great value and its main organoleptic characteristic is its fresh fruity and sweet aroma. Its flavor is smooth and not aggressive on the palate. And on the nose it presents an intense fruity with nuances of ripe fig, banana and apple.
