It is produced in the mountains of Jaén. Its climate, altitude and terrain are favourable for the olive trees to produce high quality olives. The early harvest brings freshness, an intense green colour, fruity, herbaceous aromas, an intense, subtle and enveloping flavour.For the production of Verdeliss10 Picual early harvest, 10 kilos of green olives have been needed to obtain 1 litre of pure quality aove.

The first visual impact is its intense green colour. The fruity nose has aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato plants and a subtle hint of banana and green almond.
