The maintenance and conservation of sheep cheese requires special care to ensure its longevity and prevent the loss of its properties, preserving its aroma and flavor.
For proper conservation, it should be kept between 0º and 5 º C. It is advisable to remove the bag from the cold with enough time for the cheese to reach room temperature and be consumed with its full aroma and flavor.
