Sight: 'Ligero color ámbar'
Mouth: 'Sabor consistente a orujo'
Nose: 'Intenso olor a uva'
Vizconde de Tui Orujo Liquor is the result of the best spirits obtained by distilling specially selected pomace.
It is widely consumed after meals, thanks to its digestive properties. It is recommended to be served very cold in a frosted glass or with ice.
The Geographical Denomination Orujo de Galicia protects the liquor made from the pomace of wine (residues such as grape skins, seeds, etc.) collected from vineyards located within the geographical area of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
The spirits from the Orujo de Galicia Denomination must possess an intense aroma and flavor, refined and delicate, free from foreign elements. Those made from pomace are colorless and have a transparent and clean appearance. Aged ones have an amber-toasted appearance. The alcohol content ranges between 37.5% and 50%.
