La Trucha 2018 is a non-crianza white wine made entirely from Albariño grapes. The grapes used for the production of this wine are harvested by hand and in boxes of 16 kilograms, to preserve the maximum quality.

After being destemmed and pressed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and cold to preserve the aroma. Finally and to conclude the process, the wine is kept on its lees for 3-6 months

Tasting Notes for La Trucha 2021

• View: La Trucha has a straw yellow color with greenish traces, very clean and bright
• Nose: The nose presents an intense aroma, where memories of fruit intermingle with flowers, peach, apricot, pineapple and jasmine on a subtle notes of light aging on lees.
• Mouth: On the palate, it has an intense aroma, where memories of fruit intermingle with flowers, peach, apricot, pineapple and jasmine on a subtle notes of light aging on lees
• Mouth: In the mouth it is unctuous, sweet, pleasant and full of harmony, with an excellent aftertaste that lingers in the memory

Trout is ideal with all types of seafood, rice dishes and fish. Serving temperature 8º C.
