Bodegas Martín Códax, founded in 1986, took its name from a famous Galician troubadour. Its expertise over the years has earned it worldwide recognition.
Martín Codax Lías 2017 comes from the albariño grapes of its experimental vineyard Pé Redondo and the lees are carefully selected from all the tanks of the winery. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and the aging for 12 months is also done in stainless steel.
Martín Codax Lías 2019 pairs perfectly with rice dishes, semi-cured cheeses, pasta, and fish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 12ºC.
