Algueira Dolio is a red wine from the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin, produced by Bodegas Algueira with 100% Mencía grapes.

From terraced vineyards on slate and granite soils, this wine reflects the purity and elegance of Galician Atlantic reds. Its artisanal vinification, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and minimal aging to preserve its freshness and typicality, make it a vibrant, expressive and balanced red.

Algueira Dolio Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Cherry red color with violet edges, clean and bright.

Nose: High aromatic intensity with notes of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry, currant), flowers such as violets and light mineral and balsamic nuances.

Mouth: Fresh and juicy entry, with silky and well-integrated tannins. Great balance between acidity and structure, with a long and elegant finish, leaving memories of red fruits and a subtle spicy touch.
