Etiris PB is an organic white wine from Alta Alella, made entirely from Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo) and conceived as “the purest expression of the Alella terroir.”
The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selected for a brief skin maceration at very low temperature and, after a gentle pressing to obtain the free-run juice, they ferment in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity, freshness, and varietal expression. It comes from vineyards located between 100 and 220 meters above sea level on sauló soils (decomposed granite with a sandy texture) with a southeast orientation, and is produced under certified organic farming.
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose, floral aromas and white fruit (pear and apple) dominate, with subtle hints of green almond, fennel, and ripe lemon.
On the palate, it shows a voluminous entry and a fresh mid-palate that recalls ripe white fruit, with a saline touch, well-integrated acidity, and a persistent finish.
