La Guilde Saint Germain de Vibrac is located in the wooded hills of Petite Champagne. This chalky terroir has the ideal conditions for the production of fine, elegant eaux-de-vie.
Harvested after a hot summer, the wines are distilled on the lees in a small copper still. The eaux de vie will then age in coarse-grained oak barrels, elevating and capturing all the essence of this village.
