PB is a white wine made with the Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo) variety by Alta Alella.
White wine from organic farming, made with the Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo) variety. The grapes are harvested in perfect health and carefully selected in order to carry out a short skin maceration at a very low temperature and to obtain a good extraction of aromas. After a light pressing to obtain the free-run juice, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature.
Appearance. Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose. Medium intensity due to the characteristics of the vintage. Predominantly floral aromas of white fruits (pear and apple) with a background of green almonds, fennel and ripe lemon.
Palate. Voluminous and pleasant entry, with a fresh palate recalling the aromas of ripe white fruit with a saline touch; good acidity and persistent aftertaste.
