Nomad Whisky is a Scotch whisky exceptionally aged in Jerez, Spain. This premium product is a blend crafted by the experts at González Byass in collaboration with Richard Patterson. It combines 30 different malt and grain whiskies from the Speyside region (Highlands, Scotland), aged between 5 and 8 years. The resulting whisky is then refined for a minimum of 12 months in barrels previously seasoned with Pedro Ximénez, giving it a distinctive character. This dual aging process, first in Scotland and then in Jerez, makes Nomad Whisky a true rarity in the spirits world. Visually, Nomad Whisky showcases an attractive bright amber color. On the nose, it offers a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood, and the unmistakable sweet touch of Pedro Ximénez. On the palate, it reveals itself as smooth and elegant, with initial flavors of raisins evolving into honey, culminating in a long and pleasant finish enriched by notes of vanilla and nuts.
