Nose of Frutos Black and ripe reds joined by a very balsamic background. Fine touches of cocoa and black licorice. Memories of the juniper and thyme forests surrounding this unique plot.
Voluminous entry of ripe fruit, black plums. In El Paso we fill the whole mouth with subtle balsamic touches that dance with the licorice and blackberries. The end is a souvenir of a landscape with a marked presence of the land where this plot grows. A Ferruginoso soil rich in silica and micas that brings finesse and elegance.
