The Altos del Enebro La Goyesca Red Wine is an exceptional creation from Bodegas Altos del Enebro within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin. This unique wine is the result of a careful blend of Tinto Fino, Garnacha, Alabillo Mayor and ancestral grape varieties from old vines between 60 and 80 years old. Its personality is due to the diversity of the soils of its four vineyards, each of which contributes complexity and character.
The winemaking process includes the use of whole clusters, a long maceration, and an extended aging of 18 months in French oak barrels with fine grain, achieving a wine suitable for aging with remarkable freshness and versatility. Altos del Enebro La Goyesca is characterized by its vibrant aromatic profile, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and subtle floral touches. On the palate, it is a surprisingly fresh wine, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish that invites you to continue enjoying it.
If you are looking to buy high-end wine with character, La Goyesca is an ideal option for special occasions or to accompany a complete gastronomic experience. This unique and artisanal wine highlights the best of the Ribera vineyard in every glass, offering a rich and complex sensory experience.
