This spectacular Blanc de Noirs is made from the best Pinot noir grapes in the prestigious town of Bouzy, famous for its high quality Pinot noir. It is a blend of vintages 95, 96 and 97 and spends eight years of patient resting in rhyme with manual stirring and disgorging.
