Ansiomed Night is the new dietary supplement that is incorporated into the Ansiomed Bioserum family. It is indicated for those people in whom anxiety prevents them from falling asleep, staying asleep throughout the night, and waking up refreshed after a restful and quality sleep. New ingredients such as valerian, passionflower, poppy, and melatonin have been introduced for this purpose.

• Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body. The activity of melatonin on MT1, MT2, and MT3 receptors contributes to its sleep-inducing properties, as these receptors (especially MT1 and MT2) are involved in regulating circadian rhythms and sleep.
• Valerian: contributes to optimal relaxation, provides mental well-being support in cases of tension and stress, and helps maintain natural sleep.
• Passionflower: induces a state of calm, reducing psychomotor agitation. It increases the body's resistance to stress and promotes restful sleep.
• California poppy: helps you cope calmly with the stress of a busy lifestyle. It contributes to optimal relaxation and improves the quality of natural sleep.
• Griffonia 5-HTP and tryptophan are precursors of serotonin. This neurotransmitter is involved in various physiological processes and affects a variety of functions, from mood, stress, and sleep/wake cycles, among others.
• Vitamins B1, B6, B9, and B12 contribute to normal psychological function.

Directions for use:
