Brut Reserva Rosé is a spontaneous and radiant cava, specially made to be enjoyed as an aperitif, between meals, and as an evening drink. Less than 2,500 bottles are released to the market each year.

Grape varieties: Trepat 60% and Monastrell 40%. Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
Tasting notes: Appearance: Pale salmon pink color with bright highlights, abundant medium-sized bubbles with constant release and excellent crown maintenance. Aroma: Aromas of wild fruits and aging tones that stand out above the primary aromas. Clean, powerful, and attractive. Palate: Well-endowed with flavors, with good carbonic persistence.
Best served at 6ºC

Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Millésimé, and Grand Reserve are the cavas that make up Antigva's collection. All of them are produced using the traditional method. With a lower bottle pressure than usual in any other cava and finer, smaller bubbles that are perfectly integrated, they showcase the skill of their winemakers. The estate is treated with biodynamic principles, and lunar phases play a significant role in the calendar of tasks required at each moment.
