Manually peeled and cut, produced without adding conservatives or acids to keep their original colour and flavor. The artichoke is considered the flower of the vegetable garden due to its distinctive shape. In Navarra, only the commonly called 'Blanca de Navarra' or White Navarra variety is grown.
This variety is differentiated from the others by its round shape and for having a round hole in the top because its leaves don´t quite grow together to close the head at the top. It´s also distinguishable for having a stem between 15-20 cm. long.
Peeled and cut by hand, made without preservatives or added acids, maintaining its original color and flavor. The Artichoke, known as the "flower of the garden" due to its characteristic shape, in Navarre only the so-called "Blanca de Navarra" is cultivated.
This variety differs from others in its rounded shape and having a circular hole at the top due to its leaves not coming together to close the head. It is also distinguished by having a stem between 15 and 20 cm long.
