White wine Ata Rangi Craighall Chardonnay
White wine Ata Rangi Craighall Chardonnay from the Ata Rangi winery in New Zealand. The wine is mainly produced from low-yielding Mendoza clones from vines over 30 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and after being pressed, the juice is left to ferment with natural yeast at a temperature between 15-20º to complete its malolactic fermentation in barrels. Finally, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (25% new) on its lees before being bottled.
