This wine presented by Barbadillo , is an organic white wine. It has an aging of one year in the house's own Manzanilla cask. This wine has not been clarified and has only undergone a slight physical filtering. The grapes with which it has been made come from two Albariza vineyards, one of them managed under the Organic Agriculture system for more than 15 years. A grape that makes us experience the union of the marine influence with the Guadalquivir River and the marshes. Palomino Fino Ecological grape variety, its name refers to the bird known as the Kentish Plover , a very small, fast and impatient bird. This animal is passionate about the dunes of Cádiz and can fly thousands of kilometers to reach them.
