Barolo Cannubi Red Wine
Cannubi originated approximately 11 million years ago through sedimentation from the Padano Sea. It is the most famous and renowned Barolo cru, mentioned in historical documents dating back to 1700. It has an excellent soil complexity, formed by large marl limestone and claystone, and a pleasant climate that makes this hill one of the most suitable viticultural areas in the world. Cannubi Barolo has more elegance and longevity than all other Barolos. In this Cru, the winery owns vineyards covering approximately 1.30 hectares, with a south exposure and an altitude ranging from 290 to 320 meters above sea level.
