The olives of the " Bella di Cerignola" table variety represent an excellence of the gastronomic tradition of Italy. This precious variety from Puglia takes its name from the municipality of Cerignola, in the province of Foggia, where it is cultivated in a small area of the " Daunia" region.
Harvested exclusively by hand and processed a few hours after harvesting, allowing you to taste a pulpy product with a typical flavor, seasoned according to the ancient recipe of Apulia.
