Each of these cuvées is the result of an uncompromising blind tasting of some forty French whiskies (100% of the components, including barley, are produced entirely in France). At the end of this selection, three Single Malts stood out as the best; they come from excellent distilleries located in the North, East and Charente, where primary aging took place: between 3 and 8 years for Bellevoye Bleu and Bellevoye Blanc, between 5 and 10 years for Bellevoye Rouge.

After blending, these triple malts waited up to 12 months in the best barrels of the Bellevoye winery in Charente, each with its specific finish. These noble spirits are produced in very low volumes, which adds to their exceptional character.
