Cadalso 2017 is an exceptional expression of Garnacha from Sierra de Gredos, the result of the collaboration between Comando G and the Cooperativa de Cadalso de los Vidrios. This wine originates from ancient mountain vineyards, hand-worked on granite soils that provide authenticity. The grapes are harvested at high altitude, and fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, a process that lasts several months to preserve fruit purity and terroir character. On the nose, Cadalso 2017 presents aromas of wild red fruits, cherry, violets, and mountain herbs, accompanied by intense minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and elegant, with fine tannins and excellent acidity, offering a texture reminiscent of the best mountain wines. Its finish is prolonged, subtle, and filled with the distinctive personality of Garnacha from Gredos.
