This extraordinary pepper comes from a nature reserve on the Malabar coast, in Kerala located in the extreme southwest of India. The quantities harvested of this pepper are very small and its singular aromas make it more interesting than most other Malabar peppers.
On the nose we immediately detect its vegetal and floral aromas. On the palate its powerful develops slowly, we detect floral notes, jasmine and orchids, some sweet notes reminiscent of marshmallow and the freshness of acidic green fruits such as green apple.
