This extraordinary pepper comes from a nature reserve on the Malabar Coast, in Kerala, located in the extreme south-west of India. The harvested quantities of this pepper are very low and its unique aromas make it more interesting than most other Malabar peppers.
On the nose, we immediately detect its vegetal and floral aromas. On the palate its powerful develops slowly, we detect floral notes, jasmine and orchids, some sweet notes reminiscent of marshmallow and the freshness of acid green fruits such as green apple.
