Making Blason D'aussiéres 75cl: As usual year after year, the Languedoc region experienced great climatic variations. The Mediterranean basin near Aussières was affected by a significant precipitation deficit during the winter and the vegetative growth period.
Despite the particular climatic conditions that characterized this vintage, budbreak and flowering went smoothly and the fruit reached optimum ripeness, proving that our cold terroirs and the vines that have reached adulthood were able to adapt to the unusual climate that marked this vintage. Thus, all the vines reached an excellent level of ripeness, a superb aromatic expression and an unbeatable balance in all the plots, from the earliest to the latest ones Tasting Notes Blason D'aussiéres
