Tantum Ergo Rose is a premium cava Made by Bodegas Hispano Suizas. Its vinification starts from a strict selection
Tantum Ergo Rose is a premium cava Made by Bodegas Hispano Suizas. Its vinification begins with a strict manual selection in the vineyard. Once in the cellar, the boxes filled with grapes are deposited in refrigerated chambers. Destemming and soft squeezed. The resulting grape paste comes into stainless steel tanks with cooling system to subject the grape to a cold film maceration (0 º C) for 2 hours to obtain a moderate extraction of colour. Light pressed and static decanting of 24 hours in order to ferment only the clean part of must that passes to new American oak casks in which it remains in contact with its lees a minimum of 15 months until its filtration. The second fermentation is carried out in a bottle at a constant temperature of 14 º C to obtain a slow fermentation that will propitiate a perfect integration of the carbon dioxide, reflected in a fine bubble in the glass. Manual disgorging.

Powerful aroma, high intensity, reminiscent of red fruit aromas mixed with nuts and a light touch of toasted vanilla.
Ample flavor, with creamy touch, remembered the skin of the ripe cherry on a light aroma of vanilla and spices. Balanced acidity and very long finish.
