Peinado 100 Años is a Gran Reserva solera brandy produced in Tomelloso that was born in 1820.

For the production of Peinado brandy, the raw material used is wine spirits with an alcohol content of less than 70ºC, called holandas. The holandas are obtained by distilling wines from healthy grapes of the airén variety. This distillation is carried out in copper stills over a low flame.

With subtle, fine and very complex aromas, evoking dried fruits among sweet tones, dried plums, honey and liquorice. Mahogany colour. Round on the palate, complex and continuously reminiscent of the nose. Tasty, velvety and full-bodied.
