CAJUN STYLE SPICE BLEND
A blend of spices and herbs used in Cajun cuisine, a culinary style originating from Louisiana, United States, and reminiscent of Mediterranean cuisine.
It is used to season meats, fish, vegetables, and to flavor sauces and stews. It has a smoky and somewhat spicy flavor.
Usage suggestion, mix Cajun spices with a little oil. Marinate chicken or vegetables and then roast them in the oven. It will give them a spectacular touch.
Ingredients: Smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic, onion, mustard, thyme, cayenne, oregano, cumin, and bay leaf.
