Sourced from its own vineyards, located in the Páramo de Pesquera de Duero, aged 25 years. Harvested by hand in small boxes of 15 kg we inspect minutely, cluster by cluster, in selection table.
BREEDING 12 MONTHS. 80% French oak and 20% American oak.
