Instructions for use

Pour carob syrup directly as a sweetener or you can also add it as an ingredient in baking, hot and cold drinks, yogurt, ice cream, rice, and even salad dressings. Use it when you want a flavor between molasses and honey. It is very resistant to temperature and therefore does not need refrigeration, it is stored in the same way as honey and other syrups such as agave, maple, etc. It retains its properties for a long time, both nutritional and flavor, and lasts for several years once the bottle is opened.
