José María Vicente, is placed in front of the family winery Casa Castillo, when he was only a young man of just over 20 years and has managed to convert to one of the most important agricultural farms of the region, is a reference of the D.O. Jumilla.
After vinification, the Casa Castillo Monastrell wine remains in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Casa Castillo Crianza is a cherry colo with purplish edge. Aromas of red and ripe fruits. On the palate it is tasty, fruity, with good acidity and ripe tannins.
