Following the traditional cava production method, this sparkling wine rests in the cellars for more than 12 months before disgorging, allowing it to develop complexity and a refined bubbly texture.
At first glance, Bach Extrísimo Semi Seco Cava presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a constant display of fine bubbles that form an elegant rosary. On the nose, a bouquet of fruity aromas emerges with a predominance of green apple, pear and a light citrus touch, complemented with bakery nuances due to its aging.
In the mouth, the entry is fresh and pleasantly sweet, with a balanced acidity that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Fruit flavors intertwine with notes of honey and hints of almond, culminating in a soft and persistent finish.
