Cava Laieta is a cava produced by Alta Alella with Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo) - Macabeu - Chardonnay - Pinot Noir.
Cava from organic grapes bottled in a special bottle to accentuate the differential factor and represented by a very international coupage that gives it a much more marked structure, aroma and flavour. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the best grapes for the production of cava.
The Gran Reserva cavas are aged for a minimum of 30 months; some collection cavas are aged for up to 10 years. All the grapes are organic, and all the bottles are sold freshly disgorged. A passion for cava that has been awarded multiple international prizes.
Sight - Pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
Nose - Aromas of white fruit with an undertone of flowers, red fruits and almonds.
Palate - Unctuous, dry and fruity. Fine bubbles with an elegant passage through the mouth; well-structured cava without losing freshness with a persistent and very tasty aftertaste.
