Founded in 1980, Jamones el Chulo started with a small manual production.
In the 80s, their production grew and in 1990 they built their drying facility.
Currently, they continue to evolve and incorporate new products from the region of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.
Known for their quality and expertise, Jamones el Chulo is an expert in the production of hams and sausages.
Strain 21 2020 is of an intense cherry red color, clean and bright. On the nose, it is perceived as an expressive wine, with many nuances, resulting from the combination of the notes typical of Tempranillo matured over time in barrels, but maintaining a good freshness.
