Made with Monastrell grapes in one of the most outstanding plots in Jumilla, "La Calera del Escaramujo", this wine expresses the pure character of its terroir. Its production process respects nature, without herbicides or pesticides, using only sustainable farming methods that enhance the unique identity of this region.
Appearance: It has a bright ruby red color with purple hues, indicative of its youth and freshness.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberries and plums, complemented by spicy notes of pepper and a subtle floral touch of rosehip. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs are also perceived, evoking the Jumilla countryside.
Palate: On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. The flavours of forest fruits blend with mineral nuances and a long, persistent finish, leaving a fresh and slightly spicy sensation.
