Quintaluna is an organic white wine from the D.O. Rueda, produced by Bodegas Ossian, made from grapes sourced from selected plots around the municipality of Nieva. This wine reflects the living history of viticulture, with a profile combining sandy soils with high content of codo nes, providing a robust structure capable of resisting phylloxera, a devastating pest that affected European vineyards in the 19th century. It undergoes fermentation with native yeasts, ensuring the authenticity of the product. Harvesting is done manually, ensuring the quality of the bunches, which are gently pressed after selection. The must ferments in small stainless steel tanks and, for nine months, the wine matures on its lees, conducting other processes in fudre and barrel. In tasting, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it releases good intensity with aromas of white flowers and citrus notes, while on the palate it is clean, fresh, fruity, and with notable acidity. This wine is ideal for enjoying at any moment.
