We make impact beer, as our main objective is not only to make beer of the highest quality, but to generate a positive impact on society.
We make craft beer with our own barley, locally grown in our town, Fuentenebro, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
All of our beers are zero waste, as the resulting spent grain from production is donated to local shepherds to feed their livestock. This spent grain is also used in R&D projects to create biodegradable plastics and our own labels.
We have won over 45 international awards, including Best Beer in the World, as well as several sustainability recognitions.
Sr Mendrugo is a beer made with surplus bread to fight against food waste. We also provide employment to people from surrounding towns, helping to prevent rural depopulation.
