Maison Soutiran, a 6-hectare family estate, is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Ambonnay, which benefits from the prestigious "Grand Cru" distinction. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are planted on hillsides with calcareous soils particularly rich in magnesium. This specificity of the village's terroir gives a minerality to the wines that is expressed through saline and iodine notes.
The nose conveys aromas of honey, pear puree, quince and red fruits, combined with an intense saline minerality.
The smooth flavour is richly reminiscent of ripe, ripe fruit. The tension and freshness of the vintage structure its evolution on the palate. The finish is full and harmonious, denoting an exceptional champagne.
