This single-vineyard wine is produced using the “saignée” method, extracting only the free-run juice with minimal maceration to ensure delicacy and aromatic purity.
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected in the vineyard. After destemming, the must ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine ages on its fine lees for four months with gentle batonnage, adding roundness and complexity.
Visually, it displays a pale, bright pink hue. The nose is clean, floral, and expressive, with delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, with excellent acidity and a silky, glyceric texture that lingers. A perfectly balanced and harmonious rosé, ideal for those seeking elegance and freshness with personality.
