Boton de Gallo Barrica is an elegant white wine that captures the essence of the Verdejo variety from the D.O. Rueda, produced by the Dominio del Blanco winery. This wine clearly showcases the potential of Verdejo grapes, highlighting its meticulous process starting from the selection of vineyards, including the renowned Valdechimoza and the Camino del Puerto area, with particularly suitable soils. 95% of the grapes are turned into a young wine, while the remainder undergoes fermentation in 500-liter barrels to enrich its profile. Its aging, which lasts for 19 days in stainless steel tanks, allows the wine to develop notable complexity.
