The D.O. Roncal cheese is made from raw sheep's milk. It is an entirely natural product, obtained from the milking of healthy sheep, mainly of the Latxa breed, which feed on pasture and fodder.
The production and ripening area for this cheese is exclusive to the seven municipalities that make up the Roncal Valley: Burgui, Garde, Isaba, Roncal, Urzainqui, Uztárroz and Vidángoz.
We present it in portions of 375 gr. vacuum-packed.
